We visited Bret and Pat just before Christmas.

Brereton (our son) sent us this hybiscus several years ago and it just keeps on blooming (almost daily).

Trim (my younger brother by 2.5 years) would carve styrofoam, take it to a foundary to be cast into aluminum (much like the lost wax process used in West Africa), and then he would paint the cast aluminum.
